Important notes regarding Transcript orders

University of Toronto consolidated transcripts are produced by the University of Toronto Transcript Centre (UTTC).

University of Toronto consolidated transcripts contain a summary of all academic activities undertaken by a student in any faculty (see below for exceptions) of the University since September 1978. The cost of each copy of a transcript is $10.00, tax included.

You will be able to order University of Toronto consolidated transcripts through the ROSI Student Web Service unless any of the following situations apply to you:

  1. If all of your registrations were prior to September 1978, you will not be able to submit your order through this Service. Please submit your request directly to the UTTC on a transcript request form. This form is available at your faculty or at: http://www.artsci.utoronto.ca/current/undergraduate/transcripts
  2. Please do not submit your request on-line if you have any form(s) that need to be enclosed with your transcript(s). Send your request directly to UTTC along with the form(s), by fax, mail or in person (see UTTC info above).
  3. Requests for transcripts for the programs/divisions listed below should be directed to the appropriate division. Here's a list of "Divisional Contacts" for students.
