First Time Users
Initially, a Personal Identification Number, or PIN, is assigned to you. It is based on your date of birth and is in the form YYMMDD. For example, your initial PIN is 820417 if your birth date is April 17, 1982.
You will be required to change your initial PIN during your first session on the Student Web Service before you can proceed. On subsequent visits to this Student Web Service, please enter the most recent PIN that you assigned yourself.
The combination of your student ID and PIN serves as your electronic signature and conveys your approval of transactions that are executed during each session. Therefore you should treat these two numbers as carefully as your bank card numbers.
If you forget your PIN, there is a PIN reactivation procedure. In order to be able to use it, you need to set up for PIN reactivation. This involves selecting three questions from a list and then entering the answers. Then if you forget your PIN, you will be asked some of the questions. If your answers match, you will be allowed to login to the Student Web Service.
To use the PIN reactivation setup process, click on the "Maintain your PIN" button on the welcome page after you login.
