Policy on Official Correspondence with Students: You are responsible for setting up a UTORmail account and for correspondence sent to you by the University at that account. It is important that you read the policy. Only university-sponsored email addresses (those ending in utoronto.ca or toronto.edu) can be updated through the Student Web Service. Please make certain you update your U of T email address as soon as possible and before classes begin.

Degree Navigator® (DN) is a web-based academic audit and advising system from Decision Academic, Inc.™ of Ottawa. The software is still in development, and there may be instances where the data is inconsistent. Only Arts and Science and UTSC records are currently available.

Use your Student Number and ROSI PIN # to log in to Degree Navigator. Do not enter leading zeros.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m to 11:30 p.m.; Saturday 2:00am to Sunday 2:00am. Sunday 2:30am to 11:30pm.

All student information (e.g. courses, program enrollments) in Degree Navigator, including the PIN, is refreshed once a day, Monday to Friday only before 8:00 a.m. If you change your ROSI PIN, the new PIN will not work for Degree Navigator until the next day.

Degree Navigator can be used with either Netscape 7 or higher or Internet Explorer 5 or higher. Internet Explorer is recommended.
